Robby Krieger and the Soul Savages is an instrumental rock, soul, jazz, blues, and psychedelic groove project led by Robby Krieger, guitarist and songwriter for The Doors. The band features Krieger’s melodic guitar work alongside Kevin “Brandino” Brandon on bass, Ed Roth on keyboards, and Franklin Vanderbilt on drums, creating a live sound built around funk-driven rhythm sections, Hammond B3 textures, bluesy improvisation, and cinematic instrumental grooves.
